Overview#
CranioSwift is an AI-powered system designed to revolutionize the way cranial implants are designed and manufactured. This project received an AEA Ignite Grant of $485,000 to bring it from concept to reality.
The Problem#
Traditional cranial implant design is:
- Time-consuming — Takes weeks to design and iterate
- Expensive — Requires specialized expertise
- Limited — Doesn’t leverage modern AI capabilities
Our Solution#
CranioSwift uses machine learning to:
- Analyze CT scan data
- Generate optimized implant designs
- Prepare files for 3D printing
- Dramatically reduce design-to-production time
My Role#
As a key contributor to this project, I was involved in:
- Technical development and validation
- Grant writing and securing funding
- Cross-disciplinary team coordination
